délai de livraison longs (en partie dû à gw mais pas que).de plus j'ai reçu des produits abimés, échangés et de nouveaux livrés abimés, au final j'ai été remboursé mais je n'ai pas eu le matériel demandé en totalité.je vous invite à faire un peu plus attention à l'emballage des produits fragiles dans un 1er temps et également proposer des solutions commerciales à vos clients si vous souhaitez les fidéliser dans le cas ou vous (ou votre transporteur) est en tort.

Merci pour votre avis. Nous faisons le maximum pour écourter les délais, mais lorsqu'un produit n'est pas disponible chez Games Workshop, nous ne pouvons pas faire grand chose hélas. Quant aux avaries de transport, elles arrivent malheureusement parfois malgré tout le soin apporté aux colis. Nous avons depuis renforcé les emballage des livres. Nous comprenons que cela puisse être agaçant lorsqu'une avarie arrive. Mais au final vous avez été remboursé. Merci de votre compréhension.
