l'envoie a été très rapide et efficace a des prix très abordables. mais gros point négatif le colis est arrivé en mauvaise état et la boîte à un angle complètement détruit (les figurines et livre n'ont rien).

colis réceptionné dans un état catastrophique. le livreur a dû faire n'importe quoi mais le colis à l'intérieur n'était pas du tout protégé !!! gros achat collector déchiré/cassé, matériel manquant car boite et carton de transport ouverte... j'ai tenté de contacter le service client mais ils sont en congés....

Merci pour votre avis. Nous sommes désolé d'apprendre que vous avez eu un souci avec votre livraison. Nous vous avons répondu dès retour de notre semaine de congé (il faut bien se reposer un peu parfois^^) et avons procédé à un dédommagement. Merci de votre compréhension.
