très bon site pour faire des économies mais plus d'un mois pour obtenir ma commande a cause des attentes de réapprovisionnement auprès des fournisseurs. je vais tester tout de même une commande sur des figurines en stock afin de voir si l'expérience est meilleure.

le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de remboursement possible après une commande sans suite est problématique. ça fait prise d'otages et c'est dommage.de même que la prise de contact par mail, une réponse froide, qui pourrait être plus agréable avec pas grand chose.peut être pas la bonne personne ou pas le bon jour, mais dommage néanmoins.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l’accueil que vous avez reçu et pour le ton de notre réponse par e-mail. Ce n’est absolument pas l’expérience que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients.

Concernant le remboursement, celui-ci est bien possible : il vous suffit d’en faire la demande auprès de notre service client, qui pourra procéder au remboursement simplement.

Nous regrettons vraiment cette mauvaise expérience et vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos remarques. Elles nous permettent d’améliorer notre accompagnement et la qualité de nos échanges.
