j’ai découvert ce site il y a peu et ai déjà passé plusieurs commandes. les objets sont toujours arrivés dans les temps, bien emballés et protégés. les petits bonbons avec sont toujours très appréciés !!! 😅le service client est super réactif et aimable.vraiment rien à dire, j’ai toujours été absolument satisfait de mes commandes !!😃👍🏻

j'ai déjà fait plusieurs commandes qui se sont très bien passées ce qui explique que je ne mette pas 1 ou 2 étoiles mais la commande pour laquelle je met cet avis c'est plutot mal passée (on me demande mon avis alors que je l'ai même pas encore reçu, c'est dommage). la commande est restée en attente jusqu'à ce que je me manifeste auprès de mhp et qu'on me réponde qu'une erreur technique à empêcher le traitement.ok ça arrive mais c'est extrêmement frustrant surtout que c'est sur des produits dispo que sur commandes, qui étaient disponibles au moment où j'ai passé la commande et maintenant ils ne le sont plus.. donc je vais devoir attendre encore longtemps avant de les avoir. encore heureux que j'ai demandé des nouvelles de ma commande sinon j'attendrais encore.a noter néanmoins que la réponse du support a été très rapide une fois le premier message envoyé, là dessus rien à redire.
