Comme expliqué dans nos conditions générales, nous prenons uniquement en charge les frais de retours dus à une erreur de notre part ou une garantie (après notre accord).
Lorsque le client a simplement changé d'avis et désire renvoyer la marchandise, il paie les frais de retour et nous remboursons uniquement la marchandise pourvu qu'elle soit dans un état impeccable.
