Comme vous pouvez le voir sur le lien de suivi que vous avez reçu et aussi dans votre compte : ce colis à été présenté mais il n'y avait personne pour le réceptionner. Il a donc été livré dans un point relais UPS ou vous pouvez aller le chercher dans les 10 jours.

ma note est basée uniquement sur le fait qu'il est impossible de les joindre par téléphone , j'ai effectué une commande sur leur site , j'ai essayé de les joindre pour ajouter un article à ma commande , impossible malheureusement étant donné qu'ils ne repondent jamais au téléphone , j'ai donc dû aller jusque là alors que l'autre partie de ma commande était déjà en route via le transporteur , pour le reste , mis à part que je les connais depuis des années car ils sont connus comme barabas et que leur réputation est bonne , je ne sais rien en dire de plus.
