une commande m’a été expédié malgré ma demande d’annulation envoyée avant qu’elle ne soit traitée. le service client a fait preuve d’un grand manque de professionnalisme en étant désagréable et en refusant de reconnaître la responsabilité du service malgré des preuves évidentes. refus de remboursement ou prise en charges des frais de retour.
