service absurde.bon pour vendre. une fois le produit vendu, aucune assistance. j'ai dû appeler au maroc pour essayer de savoir comment activer movieshow sur samsung tv....je vous dis pas ....que des incompétents. ils savaient même pas comment faire. juste bon a te changer le code... çà m'a coûter 33 euros en communication ! ! heureusement qu'il y'a des gens compétent sur facebook .le gars du movie show m'as dit de taper un code sur l'appli et bam çà à fonctionner. en tous cas, dernière fois que je fais confiance à planet tv sat......nul nul et nul. aucune notions.

bonjour, commande très vite reçue par mail. pour l'instant, pas de coupure tout le temps, mais ça arrive très très rarement. les chaines fonctionnent correctement. j'espère que ça fonctionnera jusqu'à l'expiration. très bonne réactivité de l'assistant commercial et bonne communication.
