Merci pour votre avis. Vous avez commandé un dimanche. Votre commande a été préparée et expédiée le lundi même et disponible au point de retrait choisi le mardi. Comme précisé sur notre site, à partir du moment où votre commande est passée à notre service logistique, il nous est impossible de la modifier. Enfin, notre service client est accessible par email, chat ou Messager du lundi au vendredi et nous répondons rapidement et systématiquement à tous les messages reçus (nos autre avis clients le prouvent bien). service rapide, efficace et attentionné, tarifs intéressant pour une grosse commande. par contre une vraie problématique sur la dispo de certains produits (sur commande) qui peuvent faire perdre l'intérêt économique calculé de la totalité de la commande.
