overall, i am satisfied with the service. one remark though: at the end of the ordering process, i found an unexpected additional cost associated to transport at the time of payment. in my view this is misleading and it represents lack of transparency. in case any cost will have to be added at the end of the process (could be for valid reasons) it should be clearly communicated to the client well in advance. it is about expectations (and competitive pricing, for sure...)
