j'ai commandé un étrier shift up dans la rubrique 125 msx model 2014 (correspondant donc à ma moto) sauf que malgré ce qu'il y a de marqué sur le site (etrier idem brembo selon le site), j'ai acheté la patte de fixation nécessaire et l'étrier ne passe pas.avec le temps de réponse plutôt long au mail( quand ils répondaient à mes mails) j'étais au delà des 15 jours de rétractation de commande pour renvoyer le produit.suite à ça j'ai envoyé une multitude de mails, ils ne m'ont jamais répondu.c'est une attitude indigne de professionnel, qu'ils fassent une.erreur sur leur site par rapport à une compatibilité de produit c'est une chose (si l'erreur est réparé pas de problème) mais que par la suite ils ne me répondent plus en faisant le mort, c'est tout sauf professionnel.j'ai contacté par mail et par téléphone et aucune réponse de leurs part .

Nous avons répondu à tous vos emails :
Vous avez commandé une patte de fixation pour pince BREMBO
Et dans une secone commande une pince de frein SHIFTUP.
Ce n'est évidement pas compatible : La patte de déport comme indiqué est pour les pinces BREMBO uniquement.
Nous vous avons expliqué que cela nous nous posais pas de soucis que vous nous retourniez soit la pince soit la patte soit les 2 : nous les reprendrons et rembouserons.

A ce jour nous n'avons rien reçu de votre part.
