pour ce qui est commande, produit, délai de livraison aucuns problèmes,par contre la livraison chronopost le colis est arrivé défoncé, de l'huile du moteur avait coulé, le surplus du carburateur cassé, je pense que le colis a valdingué dans le camion, pas sérieux...j'espère que nous n'aurons pas de surprise par la suite....

colis qui arrive dans un carton de sous tabliers made in taiwan alors qu'ils disent made in belge , avec très peut de protection à l'intérieur et je vous parle même pas la tête du colis... heureusement que le contenue n'avais rien, en suite motorkit ne dit aucune info sur leur produit, j'ai acheter des carénage avec aucune découpe dessus, obliger de tous faire sois même.

Rassurez vous le carénage TZR est bien fabriqué en Belgique. Pour les envois de grand format, nous utilisons souvent des cartons recyclés, d'où le"made in TW". Les transporteurs ne sont pas toujours délicats avec les colis mais heureusement, la marchandise vous est arrivée intacte. Quant à la description de la marchandise, bien qu'il soit indiqué "Pret à peindre. Sans fixation de phare origine", il est vrai que les explications sont un peu courtes. Nous allons y remédier sans tarder.
