il me manquais des choses dans ma commande et pourtant min soutenu que sa était bien dans la boite pas de remboursement ni de renvoie de ma commande donc argent a la poubelles.. ils oublie que le client est rois très mal poli

Nous voyons sur le suivi (https://track.bpost.cloud/btr/web/#/search?itemCode=CD164985075BE&lang=fr&postalCode=76620) qu'il y a eu une tentative de livraison et qu'un avis a été laissé dans votre boite aux lettre.
Il vous a attendu 15 jours au bureau de poste et fait maintenant un retour.
